Initial Inspection
Free
Complimentary inspection of your home to identify areas of pest activity, explain potential issues in the future, and provide an understanding of the treatment process and options.
Quarterly Service
$150 Initial Service - $100 per quarter
The Initial Service covers your home for the first 3 months and includes interior and exterior control and preventative measures. Regular maintenance services follow a 3 month return schedule.
Rodent and German Roach Clean Out
$250
Full-service extermination treatment for the control of severe infestations with HEPA filtration debris removal. Optional sanitization and sterilization. (For the German Roach Service, special conditions may apply).
Additional Services
Rodent Control Protocol
Recommended 1 box per 75 linear ft of foundation
Maintenance performed at regular service rate
$20 per box, $5 per quarter
Fly Control
Interior drain foaming, fly trapping and space spray
$35 per service
Maintenance included in quarterly fee
Flea and Tick Control
Space spray for contact removal of pests and residual control (special conditions apply)
$50 per 1000 sqft
Attic Sanitization
Pest debris removal and exposed surface sanitization aiding in reduction of exposure to contaminants and recurrent incidence in rodent species
